Mark Taylor is the CEO and co-founder of Warehouse Republic, where he leads a dedicated team providing third-party logistics solutions for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and e-commerce sellers. With extensive experience in the logistics industry, Mark specializes in developing innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability for online retailers.
Before founding Warehouse Republic, Mark built his career in various leadership roles across industries, including positions with Techstars and Crash Rescue Equipment Service, Inc. His experience spans startup mentorship, strategic sales management, and team leadership, making him a versatile professional with a commitment to operational excellence and customer-focused innovation.
Mark holds an MBA from the Acton School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, complemented by a minor in Spanish. His educational background, coupled with hands-on experience in various startups, positions him as a thought leader in the logistics and entrepreneurial sectors.

Wayne Marhelski is a transformational C-level executive with over 20 years of success driving profitability and operational excellence in private equity-owned manufacturing businesses. With extensive P&L management experience, he has led four successful turnarounds within PE-owned businesses, achieving EBITDA growth exceeding 20% and cash flow improvements of over $4.5 million annually. Wayne has spearheaded multi-site operations with revenues surpassing $90 million and managed international teams across the U.S., UK, and Canada.
A specialist in lean manufacturing, Wayne implemented strategies that reduced costs by over 50% and increased direct labor efficiency by 52.7%, achieving record-setting production metrics. He also successfully grew top-line revenue with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 44% over two years in one portfolio, resulting in EBITDA margins exceeding 23%. Wayne’s credentials include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool, with a dissertation focused on the impact of lean manufacturing on EBITDA and private equity value creation. Mitch Gutkowski is the Director of Supply Chain Solutions at Sustainment, a manufacturing tech startup focused on aligning incentives across key government, defense, and industry stakeholders to increase our nation's manufacturing output tenfold. His team supports mid-market sourcing and procurement manufacturing teams build and expand their supply base.
His career started in aerospace where he worked in Commodity Management for multiple divisions of Collins Aerospace. Some of the key product lines he focused on were the ACES 5 ejection seat and F-35 Landing Gear. After his time at Collins Aerospace he worked at Fictiv, a venture backed digital manufacturing company headquartered in San Francisco. During his time there, he helped establish the company's US supply base and supported industry leading rapid manufacturing initiatives.
Mitch has a Bachelors in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. From Fortune 100 to supply chain tech startups, his experience in both large and small business empowers him to deeply understand how investments in technology can help investors capitalize on emerging industry trends, especially with the current movement to restore US manufacturing as a global powerhouse.
