H2 Ranch

H2 Ranch

Join Dr. Chicotsky in investing in transformative green hydrogen, produced in Texas, targeting up to 15.8x cumulative dividends over 10 years with no investor dilution and pump‑price parity to petroleum fuels.

See how H2 Ranch’s patented, grid‑free wind‑to‑hydrogen platform aims for multi‑billion‑dollar revenue in a rapidly growing $6.49B green H2 market. This patented hydrogen platform deal is de‑risked by 30,000+ hours of field data, 10+ years of R&D, and a former Los Alamos scientist as CEO.

Review the Series B deck to see why H2R projects a competitive cost at about 60% less than current green hydrogen producers and targets break‑even ~4–5 years from production. H2R reports modeled production costs around 3.00/kg versus roughly 7.50/kg competitors, beating DOE NREL’s 2050 industry cost goal decades early.

Explore how this cost advantage, decentralized design, and identified demand of 20M kg/year position H2R for scaled, asset‑backed cash flow. The deck offers the $20.8M Series B terms, projected 15.8x dividends at year ten, and learn how H2R plans to grow from a 40‑acre R&D site toward multi‑gigawatt production.

Hardware-Enforced Cybersecurity Platform for Critical Infrastructure

This opportunity centers on a defense-proven, hardware-enforced cybersecurity platform designed to protect legacy industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA networks across energy, utilities, pipelines, transportation, water systems, and defense installations. Backed by a 38-year U.S. defense manufacturing foundation generating approximately $140M in annual revenue, the platform prevents unauthorized device-level interaction—eliminating attack exposure rather than relying on detection alone.

With active engagement toward potential U.S. Army Program of Record pathways and a scalable model combining hardware deployment with recurring monitoring revenue, the company is seeking $250 million in growth capital to accelerate national deployment and continued R&D supporting the security of America’s critical infrastructure.

The private capital community from our most recent gathering.

The purpose of GBR gatherings is to strengthen deal flow in Fort Worth and North Texas while reinforcing the civic priorities that have built our great city. Economic vitality and civic stewardship rise or fall together.

Among America’s top-ten populated cities, Fort Worth is the last grand stand for a model that still works—faith-oriented values, limited interference in personal freedom, sensible regulation, a responsible tax structure, and the enforcement of vagrancy and misdemeanor laws that protect families and proprietors.

These are not abstractions. They are the civic conditions that lower risk, attract capital, reward enterprise, and preserve the moral confidence of a city.

It is our duty to safeguard Cowtown's economic future for decades to come.
