Our family-led firm began when siblings worked together to help their father experience a liquidation event. More family members joined when other community members needed the firm's help. The combined business and legal training of the team offered a collective mission to strengthen families for generations to come.
This mission is realized through attentive business brokering and community engagement. Internally, we build toward intelligent data processing and expedient and secure administrative practices to ensure our buyer and seller communities are growing and well served.
Our deals focus on the lower middle market clientele ($25 million EBITDA and under) with some strategic engagements in the middle market and private equity.
